Artists say aye to 'Art for a Vision'
Artist Betsy Westendorp has rallied together established Filipino visual artists to raise funds to help visually impaired indigents. Some 3.4 million Filipinos are visually impaired, and 90% of people who suffer from blindness belong to poor communities, according to the Ophthalmological Foundation of the Philippines.
